30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to actually use what you ordered. Open the bottle, take it daily, and give it a fair try. If you are not happy with your results within 30 days of delivery, we will refund your purchase in full.

How it works:

  1. Email support@peakpotentialshop.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number, or start a request at https://account.peakpotentialshop.com.
  2. Tell us what didn't work for you. No hoops, no hard questions.
  3. For bundle orders, we ask you to send back any unopened bottles and we will email you a return label with simple instructions. Your opened bottle is yours to keep.
  4. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@peakpotentialshop.com.

The details:

  • The guarantee covers your first purchase of each product, with one guarantee claim per product per customer.
  • Subscription orders: you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account portal. The guarantee applies to your first subscription delivery just like a one-time order.
  • Please request your return before shipping anything back. Items sent to us without an approved request cannot be accepted.

Standard returns

Outside the guarantee, we accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Start your request the same way, through the account portal or by email, and we will send you a return label and instructions once it is approved.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us a photo and we will replace it or refund it, no matter when it shows up.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return on the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order ships into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
